"Very knowledgeable of the game. Goes about it the wrong way. Some players are used when shouldn’t be, and some who should be aren’t used at all. Also doesn’t trust coaching staff around him very often. If he would trust every player and coach more, it would be a program that flows smoothly and be on the up."
