"I was looking forward to my collegiate softball experience and she single handedly ruined it. She’s very disorganized and does not communicate with the team adequately. Everything from practice to mandatory team outings are very last minute and she gets upset when we can’t accommodate our schedule to the one she just planned right before the event. She has favorites on the team and makes exceptions for those she favors that other girls other wise would not have. She also gossips with players about other players. She has created a very toxic environment and team charisma has suffered due to it. She is not competitive at all and the record clearly shows that. Her coaching decisions are completely irrational and she puts her feelings in front of rational decision making. Overall, my time playing under her has been miserable and unsatisfactory. "
