"Team is at a higher level than she can coach at. No adjustments. Plays her favorites. If you want to play, don’t bother working hard. You just need to babysit her son on the road. Spends tough games looking flustered on the sidelines. "
"Favoritism is a huge part of the lacrosse program, even if it hurts the team performance. She cares about people outside of lacrosse (for the most part) but when it comes to the sport she frequently plays the people she likes even when they shouldn’t be on the field. At times she can be great and very supportive but there is also a lot of hostility and poor motivational speech attempts that usually create tension. "
