He works from a limited budget but is able to recruit, develop and retain great student athletes. This is due to his passion for developing the talent he recruited and for his ability to get them to buy into his programs culture. He gets his runners to believe in themselves and trust in the process which brings out the best in his athletes. Moreover he cares about his athletes and helps prepare them for life after college."

She bullies her cheerleaders, my daughter had to get therapy after cheering for her because she bullied her so badly and talked horribly about her to the other girls. She is just a mean, nasty person who doesn’t care about her cheerleaders. "

"Does not follow through with his word 9/10 times. Loves to “beat around the bush” instead of facing conflict head on. Very nice fit overall with decent knowledge at best of the game. Very motivational. Great man outside of the volleyball atmospheres. Would not recommend as a coach. "
