"Coach Hirtensteiner is a terrible person and a terrible coach. He runs an undisciplined program, with no consistency and really only cares about collecting his paycheck. He does not connect with any of the players, has no sense of what a winning culture is all about. He allows athletes to get banned by the ncaa still practice, get DUIs and not miss a game, miss the bus and still play, and be late or skip practice with no consequences. He does not reward hard work at all. "
