Multiple athletes felt the environment fostered bullying, disrespect, and intimidation rather than support and development. The coach frequently displayed unprofessional and hostile behavior that negatively impacted team morale and player well-being. In addition to concerns about leadership and conduct, there appeared to be a lack of tactical and developmental knowledge expected at the collegiate D2 level.
