"Coach is pleasant but seems overwhelmed and is unable to keep the schedule he sets and struggles to communicate on a timely basis. Maybe he doesn't like to deliver bad news, but missed multiple calls he scheduled with my daughter and if he did eventually explain why he missed the call, it seemed to be an excuse. Once was acceptable, 3 times in a row was inexcusable."
