However, this strict focus on flawless execution can sometimes lean toward an "old school" mentality. By its nature, basketball is a game of mistakes, and the most successful teams are often those that can adapt fluidly, navigate adversity, and respond positively to errors. At times, his intensity can go a little too far, making it harder for the team to play through inevitable mistakes. He is deeply committed to excellence, but balancing that intensity with a bit more grace for the natural flow of the game would take the team culture even further."
