"Outdated Poor Facilities that seriously need an upgrade and bigger space for athletes"

"Facilities are extremely old and do not have enough room for all the students plus the athletes at the same time."

"The sports center is very outdated. However, Skidmore is currently in the process of updating and renovating the space. COVID set this project but it has been a long time coming. Fortunate to play a sport that is supported by the facility. Many teams have to drive off-campus to practice and home competitions. "

"So Skidmore really fails in the athletic facility department. For such a high academic school the "temporary" facility that they built 10+ years ago is absolutely laughable. It really sets us behind a lot of schools in the Liberty League or NESCAC. Athletes are not a priority and that shows on a daily basis, but worse than that their regular gym and facilities for all students are awful. Indoor tennis is off campus which is to note. Outdoor courts are nice though, those well done."
