"SLU’s facilities are all under one roof that made very easy to get training done. Athletes have their own weight room and there is also a great lunch spot next to it. Athletic training room is nicely equipped but gets sometimes very crowded, especially if football is there. My team also share’s athletic trainer with Football so when their season was on, it was extremely hard to get any treatments from him. A biggest issue was that we didn’t have any locker room for my team which sucked over the winter a lot."

"SLU has everything you need in one spot making it easy to get in training even in the off season. We are pretty lucky too, to not have to share our gym with another team during our season. "

"St. Lawrence’s facilities have everything you need. There is a varsity athletes specific weight room which is nice for lifts on your own! You can even grab a healthy snack or lunch after a workout at the amazing cafe right in the center of the main athletic building. "

"St. Lawrence's facilities at the end of the day are not the most updated but they have character and get the job done. There are indoor and outdoor practice fields and a varsity weight room which is nice for personal use and team lifts and have just about everything we need. "
