"Coach Cabaniss aka Coach Cabs is a great coach. He is knowledgeable beyond belief. He puts tons of work and effort into his training plans and focuses on technique. He is very funny and loved by all. He values the team and expects it to be your only commitment. While you may have time for additional classes or clubs track has to come first. The team culture is good but competitive. There is a lot of focus on being a "beaver" and creating a family.
