"Poor Julia is stuck being an assistant to the head coach. Julia should be the head coach, she’s more knowledgeable and understanding of the game and players. The only poor thing I have to say about her is that communication sometimes lacks - travel scheduling and expectations are not thoroughly communicated or explained. Julia will actually listen to you when you have a rough day and understand that you are hurting. She is the only reason I stayed at UTM for more than a season. "
