"I observe this coach interaction. With players in court. Poor communication and no energy. Not sure why she is so negative. Assistant coach Allonda Watkins first year as assistant and showed more enthusiasm. Allonda is a great assistant and should be head coach. Rachel Tolbert appears to be very inexperience and had a winless season. Was very disappointed. This team need a lot of help overall and need to start with promoting the assistant coach. Allonda is amazing and the girls seem to love her!"
