"One good thing about Alonzo is that she opens up her home and is more then happy to feed you homecooked meals. She lacks many leadership qualities that all coaches must have when being a head college coach. She does not lead by example, she lacks communication, selfish, constantly burns out each player. Most importantly she has a poor IQ, all the years she has coached Viterbo softball always had a loosing record and forever will have a loosing record. Which was always mind boggling to me because after all the years of not winning, having a high turnover rate, lowest team GPAs, and half of the team has always been injured every year. The way the girls cope is trauma bond and get drunk every chance they get. A way to ensure playing time is kiss her a**. She loves players that do that to her. "
