He will do whatever benefits him the most, beware if you have real hopes and dreams of making it anywhere because he will throw you under the bus if it benefits him. The only reason this man still has a job is because of his incredible business sense and he knows how to develop relationships that will benefit him in the long run, so good luck running to the AD if you’re ever concerned, cause he too is under this man’s spell and will also try to convince you that you are the problem. Your team chemistry will come from your guys’ dislike of the program and that truthfully speaks volumes of how bad it really is.
