"This is more for his club coaching but Don is direct, fair and a fabulous conditioning coach. He keeps practice moving. Very rarely are players standing around. This factors into the conditioning. Playing time is right down the middle. He plays on how hard you work. Motivation speaking is definitely a strength of his. "
