Coach Lucas doesn’t know rotations, doesn’t have tactical skills, doesn’t know how to teach strategy or technique, has no rhyme or reason for decisions she makes on the court, she just yells at the players instead of coaching them, and the team got worse as the season progressed. She plays mind games, shows no concern for her players, is immature, and has a fragile ego. She belittles, makes fun of and puts players down, talks down to them and is demeaning and patronizing in order to lift herself up. She destroyed the teams the love of the game. There is a reason she can’t keep a team from the year before."
