Only D1 program where the only guarantee during the season is weight gain. Absolutely no opportunities for player development. Only Coach to disappear from the campus except for the 6am practices (see recruiting, below). Practices revolve around YouTube drills. Communication is nonexistent- be prepared to get a cookie cutter label which will stick like permanent glue in spite of all efforts to improve. Loves to blame goals and losses on individuals. Be prepared to never watch game film. Dishonest about his own experiences. Crazy how his stories don’t match a simple google search…. ZERO accountability expected. Show up late for practice? No biggie. Show up late for the team bus? That’s ok you’ll still start the game. Number one priority = recruiting, because retention is near zero since the player tolerance of all this behavior is about one season. "
