He doesn’t seem to be considerate of the players need and everything is at his convenience and nobody else’s like it’s a chore. He doesn’t really talk things out if there is an issue because confrontation isn’t handled well. He talks about players to other players on the team. He doesn’t care about academics and never checks grades."
