"Your experience depends on if she likes you. For me, I was in the middle. She is a bit manipulative and way too involved in athlete's personal lives. Unhealthy team culture. Tells the 1V girls to not stretch with the 2V girls even though we are teammates. Fast boats weren't a priority (our 1V was slower than our 2V)."

She got too involved with athletes outside factors, too controlling to a point where the atmosphere in the boat house was always cold. She is shady and has lied to recruits to come on the team.
