"Allden is an incredible person and incredible coach, super easy to get along with and super communicative. He genuinely believes in every single one of his athletes and will do his best to get them there. He builds a good team culture, although it is highly dependent on the athletes to keep it up, but lucky for us we generally have a good and motivated team. His training methods are older, and he’s pretty stubborn with them, but as long as you buy into it, and recover properly you will be able to succeed. "
"Very nice and knowledgeable coach. You must be direct and approach him yourself if you want a conversation, but once you talk to him he listens and supports you. Very understandable about cross training needs and school time commitments. While he is not the most vocal coach, he motivates and supports his athletes in his own way."
