"Kim is honest, caring and always available. Sometimes she is too honest which does hurt those who are sensitive but she does that so you know what you need to work on. "

"gossip. talks about girls on team to other girls. Let girls go back into games when they turned out to have concussions. only has job because her husband is a coach"
"Coach that does not care about his team. If guys are injured, forces them into practice furthering their injury. Acts like he cares about you when really all he cares about his himself and winning."
"An incredible coach with a plethora of knowledge and experience. She wants to see a tennis player grow as both a person and an athlete. She will work with you, taking in your perspective, and finding the tools and strategies that are individualized. "
"Cares about you on and off the court. Very personable. However, tends to focus only on the development of players who are intended to start instead of all players which makes it hard to get feedback and earn court time."
"John is one of the most knowledgeable people I've met in the sport of swimming. He truly cares for each of his athletes and makes sure we receive the coaching necessary for us to exceed. He is very open to conversation about practice and competition methods and is very easy to talk to."
"She is very motivating and the way she believes in me makes me believe in myself and my abilities more! She keeps the sport fun and competitive and has incredible advice. Very approachable and willing to help whenever or however. Very honest in her advice and always there for her athletes! "
"Very inspirational in and athletes that he doesn't even coach in that specific event, he still gives people credit when it's desecred and criticism when something should be fixed."
"Coach Straub is enthusiastic, friendly, and encouraging. She does a good job of both highlighting what you've done well and what you need to work on. She gives every athlete a base level of attention; if you buy into the program and what she's saying, she'll help you improve a lot as she's done with many athletes. "
"Great coach, very knowledgeable about the sport! She is nice and encourages everyone to perform their best without putting a lot pressure on athletes, and wants them to have fun doing it most of all this. It can sometimes come off as if she does not care as much about some athletes, however. While she is a good coach, she clearly picks favorites."
"He's a good coach who wants us all to succeed both on and off the court. He does tend to be very forgetful but that's something our team has learned to adjust too. "
"Coach Waldron is a knowledgeable coach who loves track. He trains his runners hard but sometimes has unfeasible expectations. His criteria for leadership is often unfounded. He can shame runners if they are not meeting his expectations and uses fear to motivate. "

"Pretty small staff, but does well with the staff he has. Athletes know expectations, but is very intense about reprocussions of meeting or missing goals"
"Understands a lot about basketball but sometimes hard to connect with outside of basketball. Hard to determine if they care about our lives when we are not on the court. "

"For her, the team is like her family. She has an incredible skill set that allows her to develop us not only as athletes but as people as well. She values our well-being so much, its a blessing to have her as a coach and life mentor. "
"Coach Mckillop is a very demanding coach. He understands what it takes to get the most out of his players and works to motivate each of us in a manner that fits each personality. He wants the best for all of his players and works to make that possible. I would not have wanted to play for anyone else."
"Coach Waldron's wisdom supersedes his youth - an unusual skill that has produced several successful runners. Nonetheless, he can have unfair expectations and use fear as a motivational technique. Work hard, treat him with respect, and be smart during races and you will have his respect. "
"Focused on teaching his players the importance of the off-field life experiences. May not always be set on winning but is always set on making his players better people."
"He is very fair in terms of running a meritocracy. You have to earn your spot for him. Overall, he is a good coach. He sometimes expects results that aren't either feasible or fair to other athletes. "
"Waldron is the GOAT!!!!! Seriously, if you want to get better, you have to run for Renny Waldron. The only con is that he's obsessed with the Patriots. "

"First year coach still trying to figure how things should work. Struggles with communication and lacks understanding of the culture that is Davidson College. Making it difficult at times to balance student athlete affairs. "

"Coach Straub is a great leader by example, and is a fantastic on-course strategist. He has a passion for the game is truly invested in improving his players. He's very accessible and always happy to help you with any aspect of your game. He's on the quieter side, so golfers who are self-motivated perform best under his tutelage. "
"Very positive and upbeat. Tries to be supportive and motivating but as someone not directly coached by her I feel she is only invested in how I perform not my learning process or well being (tells me to just go out there and do it basically). Getting better at communicating with the whole team though"
"She cares so deeply about all her athletes! She is very knowledgeable about the sport, due to her stellar career as an athlete at Wake and ~20 years of coaching experience! She is very invested in the development of her athletes and strikes a great balance between having fun and being intense and encouraging us to be dedicated "
"Coach Savage was a very nice person. At times was not strict enough and her need for interpersonal communication above group talk made it difficult at times to get her point across. Communication is one thing that needs to be improved upon. She was a very accessible person. "
