"Brad Jorgensen’s tenure as head coach has been marked by a troubling lack of discipline, accountability, and performance both on and off the field. Despite having talented players, the team consistently underperforms, especially in crucial conference games where we simply can’t seem to compete. One of the most concerning aspects of Coach Jorgensen’s leadership is his overly soft approach. He consistently avoids pushing players to reach their potential, creating a culture of complacency. When discipline is needed, it’s absent — players have been arrested and yet remain on the team with little to no consequence, sending the wrong message to the rest of the roster. Academically, the team is struggling as well. With a GPA under 3.0, it’s clear that academic standards are not being enforced or prioritized. A college program should be developing student-athletes in every sense, but under Jorgensen, the “student” part is being neglected. Even more baffling is the fact that Coach Jorgensen has reportedly said he can’t run players for punishment because he’s afraid he’ll get fired. That lack of authority and accountability only further highlights the leadership vacuum that exists within the program. At this point, it’s hard to argue that the team is moving in a positive direction under his leadership. Change is clearly needed if this program wants to restore a culture of discipline, competitiveness, and success."
