"I played for Yon for 4 years.. he has decent knowledge of the game, but cares more about himself than the team. I do not believe he is a good person, which translates to a bad coach. My favorite memory was when he set up a practice that was purely centered around headers and just had us practice heading in crosses. 2 players got concussions that practice from the constant heading of a driven ball, and one had long-term effects from that concussion.
