"This coaching staff is abusive, and does not care about the safety or welfare of their players. The head and assistant coach were so frustrated with player injuries they told the team if anyone was planning on being injured next season "Not" to return. The assistant coach is more interested in pretending she is a player on the team reliving her glory years dressing like she is on the team and warming up with the team instead of allowing other team members facilitate that warm up position. She was even overheard asking if she could "dress out" for one game during the season. They state on the college website that they are about developing the "Player" but clearly directed to team that they will not work on individual player development, but only the team as a whole. "
