"There is a difference in pushing your team to be better then pushing your team to injury. This coaching staff does just that and then blames the player. No player wants to be injured or sit out a game, but the coaching staff do not care about safety, only results. They don't realize that you can have both if done correctly. They do not encourage the players to be better, they just expect it. They don't coach them on "How" to improve their game, only criticize and belittle them when the lose. On paper they pretend to be caring and uplifting to the team, but behind closed doors they tell their players to never approach them before or after a game, and no matter the issue that they will always back up each other, meaning the coach and assistant coach. "

"This coaching staff is abusive, and does not care about the safety or welfare of their players. The head and assistant coach were so frustrated with player injuries they told the team if anyone was planning on being injured next season "Not" to return. The assistant coach is more interested in pretending she is a player on the team reliving her glory years dressing like she is on the team and warming up with the team instead of allowing other team members facilitate that warm up position.
