"His overall disrespectful behavior and lack of care or concern for the team and individual players is shocking. He has no business coaching at this level or coaching girls. During the recruiting process he makes claims and promises of what role a player will fill on the team and has zero intent of following through or even remembers what he said. He presents himself as a strong coach that cares and fosters a positive team culture, but is anything but that. Another poster is correct that the girls are too scared to speak up - some have over the years and there was zero change by him or the Athletics Dept. Many girls are told to transfer, girls transfer after one year or quit soccer. Those who transfer to other D1 and D2 programs go on to have success on their new teams which demonstrates it was not a player issue but a coach issue. The emotional distress playing for him is not worth it on any level. Find a different program to play for - any program! "

"This coach is very inconsistent coach at the D1 level. He is not honest or passionate about team development or culture. Lacks motivation, respect, dedication, and knowledge. Though he presents as one who is invested in the program, he is tearing it apart from the inside out. Many females who have played here, are afraid to speak up or speak out. Those of us who stayed quiet for a while, are now reflecting we should have spoke out about the environment sooner. So many of us have quit soccer after our experience at NAU. Athletic program should really evaluate the environment at NAU before they do not have a program anymore. "

"Complete idiot and does not know how to coach a D1 team. Only 13 players left from fall. He put a third string goalie on at forward for multiple games. It was embarrassing. Do not play for him. Run faster than the beep test away. "
