"Stay FAR away. Head coach is immature, untrustworthy and likes drama. She does not discipline athletes that seriously violate rules and somehow blames and belittles the athletes that continually follow protocol, grind at practice daily and strive to be responsible individuals. The coach is insensitive to her athletes' privacy, emotional needs and has no idea how to creative buy-in from all athletes to forge a positive team culture where all are valued. Consistent feedback and positivity from coaches for all athletes is lacking. Therefore, many players feel entitled and just in it for themselves while others feel they aren't valued. Illinois State can do better. "
