"She is not knowledgeable about coaching or strategy, is a poor communicator, & has mis-handled many athletes' mental illnesses either by ignoring or contributing to them. She focuses on the wrong skills in practices & is unable to make helpful adjustments during games, even when the solution seems clear. She allows her favorite players to do literally anything they desire including not being punished for mistakes and being taken more seriously when injured--creating animosity amongst the team."
