"Spends his time trying to convince the team he knows what his talking about. We learned more about his family and girlfriend then about swimming, constantly had his scream toddler at practice. Never focused on goals until champs and then had no advice to achieve the goals. Told my teammate that he didn't need to set up goals with her because she wasn't good. We went most of this season without him because he took leave when we complained about his coaching."
