"A coach that made very little sense to any of his players. Clearly had a few favorite players that he would play no matter how poorly they were performing (which sometimes was terribly), and then seemingly randomly mixed up the rest of the lineup without any reason. Will take out his frustration on his players sometimes by chewing out whoever is sitting next to him. Didn't develop relationships with players off the field out all. Had one foot out of the door the whole season as well, as he was looking for another job."
