"Coach Arthur was the best college coach I could have asked to swim for. He made sure that I was being prepared for life after college and not just producing results in the pool. He challenged me and wanted me to succeed not only in swimming, but in school, and with my family. I faced a few set backs during my time under coach Arthur, but he always encouraged me and helped me make decisions that would be the best in the long-run."
"The only reason I marked "agree" instead of "strongly agree" on "plays favorites" is because e does play favorites, but I would say in a way that builds the team up. If you want to be one of his "favorites", work hard in the pool, lead your teammates, and COMMUNICATE with him (this is key). Those who want to better their talents (in and out of the pool) will be his favorites because he will help / cater to those who take advantage of his time and skills."
