"He's really sweet and means well but his coaching techniques are very old school which will sometimes put some athletes at a disadvantage. While his tactics may work well for some, they can Be disadvantageous to others which is frustrating sometimes. He has so much passion for the sport and his athletes however, and wants to see you succeed! "
