"We were all highly optimistic when Aurmon arrived, and at the end were glad to see him dismissed. Had this man as a strength coach, and his interactions with some of the student-staff was inappropriate for a married man. Aurmon showed up late for individual meetings with me, and was belligerently defensive when he snapped back at me for trying to be understanding as I mentioned “life happens.” When he was sharp, he was a good strength coach. I guess life happened and he got distracted. I wish I had more positive things to say. "
