He throws scholarship money to international and players of color without proving themselves, only for them to end up sitting on the bench on the 2nd team rooster. He brings in 30+ players annually and just sees what sticks to the wall. Why do you need a rooster of almost 50-60 players? Even with a 1st & 2nd team there is no reason to carry this many players. "
