"Barry Christmas is the most egotistical coach I know. Constantly stopping drills every minute to repeat something he has said for the millionth time. From a players perspective I understand that you need to coach us through mistakes, however it's very hard to fix those mistakes when the drill is stopped every thirty seconds. Finally, when he gets too frustrated that players aren't grasping the concept, he gives up. Mr. Christmas is disrespectful to players and extremely self-absorbed, he loves hearing himself talk. "
