"Coach Carlson is a champion for women in athletics and will stop at nothing to fight for her athletes on and off the field. She challenges players to grow athletically and personally during their four years as her athletes. I've seen many players, myself included, be positively impacted by her in their four years at QU. She is intense and demands a lot of her players but it is because she wants the best for them and sees the potential that they have."
