"Overall, Ben definitely pushes people to be better players, but more than that he pushes his players to be a better team. He puts the team first always, and so he will always put his best foot forward in terms of playing time-- he doesn't play favorites, he plays based on who he thinks will create the best 6 girls on the court at a time. Sometimes he can be tough, but he is always willing to listen to his players and creates a really energetic gym feel. I've really enjoyed playing for him."
