"She allowed a toxic team environment to develop while at Randolph. She would rather kick an athlete while they are down than work with them to build them up. She doesn’t respect officials or other teams at campus. She is not committed to building a team she will just steel players from other sports rather than recruit. In 3 years she lost 8 plus players due to her team environment and only recruited 1 player. She is never available and never comes into the office. She is dismissive of player’s injuries, mental health and academics. "
