"Coach Connor was one of my best coaches and was always going out of her way to make our experiences great. She made us cakes, and made us feel like we were her family and honestly was the most knowledgeable person about lacrosse. I learned so much about life and being a caring person from coach. In my three years with her I only remember one player decided not to continue playing because they joined a different sport, and coach was understanding and kind to her always. "
"She allowed a toxic team environment to develop while at Randolph. She would rather kick an athlete while they are down than work with them to build them up. She doesn’t respect officials or other teams at campus. She is not committed to building a team she will just steel players from other sports rather than recruit. In 3 years she lost 8 plus players due to her team environment and only recruited 1 player. She is never available and never comes into the office. She is dismissive of player’s injuries, mental health and academics. "
