"Coach Dell'Aquilla is overall a good guy. He wants to see his players succeed in athletics as well as in the classroom. He welcomes alumni to stop by practice and chat which is also pretty cool. While he seems dry at first, his humor and ability to joke around with players definitely makes the practice environment more enjoyable."
