"Beth demands the best of her players and expects them to work hard, both in academics and hockey. She supports individuality in her players while expecting social cohesion. While she may seem to take team voice seriously, it was common to feel belittled or even manipulated by her. However, she does know her stuff. While her pursuit for perfection from her team was often frustrating and tiring, I did more than I ever thought I could accomplish at Skidmore because of the work ethic she imparted."
