"Coach Smith knows a lot about the game of softball. She has the potential to be an excellent coach and excel but there are a few things that hold her back from doing so. For instance, she has multiple weapons on her roster who can pose different threats and keep opposing teams off balance, both offensively and defensively, but she chooses to play the same players game in and game out. She has destroyed more players and their self-confidence than any other coach I know."
