His playing style hasn’t changed and therefore doesn’t fully show the potential of the teams he puts together. He cares about his starting players. He plays the same way he’s been playing for however long he’s been coaching at csusm. “You’re doing everything right” is his favorite answer to when players ask for advice on how to get playing time.
