"Brad is a decent goalkeeper coach but doesn’t respond well to feedback from players. He gives players little to no say in what they want to work on in training, and when he does ask for feedback, changes are not implemented. He has gotten upset with players for wanting different drills than he gives us. He is a nice guy but is not the most motivational or encouraging. He knows the game but would be a better general assistant coach than a goalkeeper coach, as he gives good defensive feedback to the team as a whole."
