Initially, I was nervous when he took over as head coach, but he quickly proved himself to be the most knowledgeable and supportive coach I’ve ever had. Coach Whitis's on-the-course work during tournaments is exceptional. He adapts his communication style to match each player's personality, ensuring we all receive the support and motivation we need. His ability to generate funds and develop comprehensive plans, including creating an indoor facility and strengthening our northern school program, is commendable. These initiatives have greatly enhanced our training and overall experience. Beyond his coaching skills, Coach Whitis is genuine and approachable, always open to discussing both golf and non-golf topics. This has fostered a positive and supportive team environment.
