Like so bad that he blamed a whole weekend on a freshman due to their “poor cheering”. Mind you he stated the best play of that weekend was one of the juniors getting hit by a pitch. He had zero organization and made you believe you didn’t know how to play softball until you were an upperclassman. When I was a freshman he told us that we were still learning how to run run bases and perform simple softball techniques. He had a coaching style that would make you worse rather than better and practices were a waste as they were copy and paste from last week.
