"Brian Goodhind is a man that has changed my life. I played for him over the course of 4 years and each year taught me something new. Brian is extremely intense and can be difficult to understand at times. The relationship created with him off the course is like no other. He is a kid at heart and is one of the most entertaining people I have ever met. On the court is a hit or miss for some people. He learns the weaknesses of his players and knows how to use them to the player's advantage. If you do not like mind games, you will not like Coach B. He read me like a book and new ways to motivate me that I would have never even imagined. He also is not afraid to be honest and honestly hurts sometimes. He will not joke around and tell you you're a good player ever. He always wants his players to stay humble. Brian is the most knowledgeable coach I have ever had and ever will have. He retaught me how to play volleyball, and showed me how to use my head instead of my body. He also expects the most from his athletes without exception. You will lose every ounce of ego you ever had. He lets his players hit rock bottom and then builds them back up. If you have the opportunity to be coached by this man, DO IT! It will be tough and he'll make you want to pluck your eyeballs out, but it is worth every second. "
