"While he was my coach he talked poorly about many players on the team to other players as if he was a high school girl gossiping. I have recorded conversations with him where he talks poorly about players and even starts rumors that are not true that can ruin someone’s reputation. From throwing clip boards to telling us we are the worst team he’s ever had, Brian made my soccer experience horrible. While we did win as a team quite a bit it definitely wasn’t because of his coaching. In all of my years playing soccer I was constantly learning more about the game, but when he was my coach I gained nothing but poor mental health."

"Coach Weiss is actually such a child. Meeting him I was told he “did not do crazy” within recruits. Little did I know he is the craziest of them all. He is beyond bipolar and doesn’t give a crap about his athletes. He uses the good athletes to win. He never checks in and comes to practice unprepared. He cusses and screams at girls on the team when they ask “dumb questions”. He is honest to god the worst coach I’ve ever had. I have never been this disrespected as a teenage girl. He is a grown man and uses his voice and size to try and scare girls. He talks so much crap about girls. If he does not like you he ruins your opportunities and talks to higher people to also help him ruin your careers. The only reason I stayed was because of my teammates. During the season he tried to make the girls on the team hate one another to try and spark drama. All the girls on my team played hard in SPITE of coach Weiss"

"he told my teammate she need to drink protein shakes to gain weight. he told me i needed to lose 15 pounds if i had the chance of starting. he yelled at my mom during a conversation and said he was glad he didn’t have to see my face anymore. he is beyond hypocritical and passive aggressive. he is constantly talking about other players to different players. he is never straight up with his players and doesn’t have any empathy when it comes person mental health. "Worst coach I have ever had. Talks badly about other players behind their backs. Immature and never takes blame for anything. Pouts in the corner when he is upset. He doesn’t prepare practices. Acts different when he is recruiting you, but a totally different person when he is your coach."

"I had a great time playing for Coach Weiss. Not only did we win a lot… we had a lot of fun with team bonding events. "
