"Doesn't walk the talk. Luckily, getting faster recruits which helps the program but her training plan is inconsistent year to year and we'd be way better off doing something that builds fitness. Frustrating to work with given her clear favoritism and hypocrisy. We fall back on our technique as a program but truthfully this needs a lot of work too. "
